    1. Hi Dwight, Use Inspect Element, a Google Chrome utility, to determine the which element gives you the modification you want. In most instances, it is a matter of try code and seeing the results. I cannot tell you directly the element or code [CSS] to change. The best. –james

    2. Do not modify the Master CSS. The mods are made in your theme in the customization area. WordPress.com bloggers have to have paid to be able to modify their CSS. I hope this helps. –james
