This reminds me of an October 24, 2013, experience…
Now, the Sans… I have been growing for years. It has even bloomed!
…or so they seem…
For the most part, I am getting nice healthy growth from most of my plants. The end of September [09/25] marks a year since I added these plants. Boy, have they done well! I am amazed how aromatic and easy to grow, even in pots, citronellas are. I will probably winter this one indoors. It goes back to 06/03.
This plant continues to thrive.
My last update was 3 months ago–10/29
I photographed them using the mirror in my B&W Room. Above is a collage of 3 photos. They are the plants in the tray at the end of October.
Night shots of my Sansevieria Trifasciata–no flash.
Lighting for the slides below.
I used the strobe continuous light and the LED light at the center of the rig. The can at the end on the right holds water to counter-balance the boom. The boom allows me to get light close to my subject [the plants above] without the tripod feet being in the frame. The boom pics were taken with my iPhone 7 Plus. The flash fired.
