DIY ~ Micro-Lite Cargo-Go Lite Xtreme Trailer [Air Cooler System–Ready for Covers], 08/19

Today’s trailer tasks are finished

I have put the insulated 10-gallon cooler back on its base and shorten the wiring. It is ready for its cover. I plan to use a bamboo window blind, pictured on the left and registers like the one pictured here. Please stay tuned…

It’s Up!

This is simple and fills a void on the passenger side wall. It is a sports ball bag repurposed in this trailer as a trash receptacle. I explained the holder earlier. Tomorrow, another panorama using a Bluetooth remote shutter.

Inspired by my gate latch, repurposed as a trash bag hook.

Time affords other ideas. Initially, I thought of some type pin attached to the narrow edge of the wings to insert into the aluminum band. This morning, I thought of a bracket to keep the wings against the wall and then the light went off. Why not gate latches like the one to hold the trash bag?

Now, for some nice floor contrast and brightening…

I love flokati rugs. I bought a large one in the ’70s while living in Berlin, Germany. Our pomeranian [Brandy] liked it too much for all the wrong reasons. I digress…

This is a single pelt (2′ x 3′, Natural Ivory Fur Shag) sourced from Australia and New Zealand. The pelts sold on are a by-product of the down-under meat industry. I know I will enjoy this rug on the Xtreme’s floor vinyl plank floor.

Marquis de LaFayette, the person for whom Fayetteville is named

I took this picture one foggy morning in February 2018 in Cross Creek Park, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Now, in acrylic and on the passenger wall of this Xtreme. It is a nice blend of shades of brown and goes well as wall art.
