Light rain–passed

Okay! This worked well in a light rain. I’d call what came in,  splatter. In a heavy rain, I think there will be more “splatter” [some accumulation in the area of the right-side wheel]. As I see it, there are several options:

  1. Do nothing; or,
  2. Use a rain fly; or,
  3. Add a wall and let the water drip down its side to the inside of the trailer; or,
  4. Add a wall, place its bottom on top of the trailer so that water drains to the top and runs off the front of the trailer.

I favor the last option. I think it will keep most of any downpour out. Of course, there will be some ground splatter around 3 sides of the canopy, unless I add skirts. Humm…

This may work–waiting for rain…

Covering the front passenger side of the Xtreme with the canopy at an angle may give the rain protection I want and make a better use of space than yesterday’s configuration.
