Cooking ~ This past weekend, 05/16.

Saturday: Kabobs on the fire pit & Sunday: a Hawaiian Medley on the stove-top, both w/a lemon-honey sauce.

It is always fun to cook, although I have not posted pictures recently…

  1. Saturday: Apples, beefsteak, cherry tomatoes, onion, pineapple, squash, sweet peppers, new potatoes, and zucchini with a sauce of garlic powder, ground cayenne pepper, squeezed fresh lemons, and honey.

    Sunday
    : Add more fruit and fresh Rosemary–simmer in the sauce, with more lemon juice/zest & honey. Actually, combine more of everything.

    Both days
    –Explodingly delicious.
