My FedEx package [of Fargo's rear-end] is “on FedEx vehicle for delivery” to Utah Trikes. Ashley and crew will work their magic. Fargo will [should] then be ready for riding [no cage or Lexan for now] with no mechanicals.
In the meantime, I have been working on a brake light idea. I also want to add turn signals. I have not yet found a good solution. There are the bicycle kits & the much more expensive velomobile signals. I want something in between.
Sounds like phase two of development is beginning!

…as much like a car as possible–just lighter. Hey, I have this extra set of lights from the trailer. I may as well use them. I started yesterday with flagpole lights and then decided brake lights are better. I’ve come up with a unique mount. Now, if I can integrate turn signals…
Thanks Zeke,

Thanks to Duncan Watson, I have possibilities for a turn signal for Fargo. Thanks Duncan!!!
If you still have some of your old Dinotte 140 amber lights, you could set four of them up as turn signals. Run each side’s front and rear lights into a wye connecter, and then into an in-line switch. Leave the lights in strobe mode and use the switches to cut them on and off.
Thanks for the suggestion IsMaisin. It is a GOOD one. Two switches [actually a DPDT switch] and a power source and I’m on to a solution. The problem is I only have one old amber light and I use it on my DF. The question is how does the cost of 4 new amber lights compare to the solution I may get from the Mango Sport folk. I really like your idea. Thanks again. –jim
For IsMaisin. What a shame the cast of four 140L lights are too much to spend for turn signals. I’m using my two 140L tail lights for brake lights. I like the way they will work. –jim
P.S. I like your idea so much that I have asked Rob my cost for 2 trade-ins and the purchase of 2 new 140L AA all-black engines. I have a setup with the 3 engines in place. I like the look. Will I like the price???
