Fargo is staged [for transport north] 3

I picked up my rental van @ 4:47 p.m. for a 4-day rental and transport of the Fargo Package to Bar Harbor, Maine. Loading confirms the utility of tape measures. It is a relief to have all loaded.

Rafael’s journey north continues. He in nearing Florence, South Carolina and plans to stop in Lumberton, North Carolina to do some computer work. Look for a Tour of Discovery Facebook page. He has asked me to go on ahead of him. So, I am planning on a 3:00 a.m. departure. Follow my travel on my SPOT Adventures Page—select Trips to the right and you should see this trip.

The northward movement has begun 13

Rafael Giraldo departed Weston, Florida in a Ford Explorer rental vehicle at 7:00 a.m. this morning. Manifest Destiny [his HPV] and trailer are therein. His target for today is the Virginia State Line. I suggested Emporia, VA as a place to overnight.

I plan to pick up a rental cargo van at 4:45 p.m. today and leave early tomorrow morning. I plan to link with Rafael in Emporia and we convoy from there to Bar Harbor, Maine.

We both want to end Saturday in Bar Harbor. He is to shoot a special sunrise video Sunday Morning.

There you have it.
