Waynesville PPT ~ The Fargo Slides Reply

You have seen all but 3 of the 11 slides I will use in my presentation to the Waynesville Rotary Club on tomorrow. Here are slides 6, 7, & 8. I was hoping for images of the Catrike based quad—not this time. It will happen though. Thanks to all who helped in this effort. –jim

The Fargo Graphic ~ by Styner [the story] 2

LOGO-3 I wanted to present a complete, finished logo; but, I want to use it in my Waynesville Rotary Club presentation on Friday. So, here it is. You see it first. The little quad on the right will change from the TerraTrike Path based quad to a Catrike Expedition based quad. It will also be a silhouette like the stagecoach on the left. So, what you see later as a graphic on Fargo will be slightly different than the image you see here.

This was a first sell. I gave Andie my concept via e-mail. We talked on the telephone once. She thought about it, did some sketches and sent me her concept. I loved it as soon as I saw it. I offered one change, which she accepted and she offered one change and a slightly different font [Rosewood], which I accepted. The Rosewood Font has a better appeal by my eyes [and Andie's, of course]. We both like what we have achieved. THANKS Andie!!!

I introduced you to the company [Image Graphics, Fayetteville, North Carolina] that will install the Fargo Graphic. It will remain gray-scale and will go on reflective vinyl. That graphic [probably about 3' wide or so] will go on the left & right rear-quarter panels of the quad. I plan to have some pinstripes placed on the panels [like stagecoaches were pinstriped]. I’m looking to make the best visual presentation I can.

Andie, has been quite a spirit. I love her work. In addition she prepared a special graphic with a black background for a PowerPoint presentation [you'll see it later]. What a team player she is. For your serious graphic work, check ROOBIblue Studios and Andie Styner.

Now, what are your comments & questions?

Thanks!
