Fargo Trailer ~ Battery Placement Reply

To more easily power my two DiNotte 140L AA Tail Lights and charge the set of batteries not in use, I attached the battery cases to each other with outdoor mounting tape. The rubber band also holds the cases together.

Now, it is only a matter of dis-connecting the 9-volt snap cables, rotating the battery pack 180-degrees, and then  reconnecting the cables  to charge or discharge the batteries.

To place the batteries  in the shipping tube, I have a tube [ABS tubing, with a section removed] within the shipping tube. That tube keeps the battery pack from moving around.

Batteries in place inside the shipping tube and within the holding tube. Solar panel connectors [to be added] snap onto the terminals closest to the opening.

CRW_1149.CRW Not a problem. My established COM [center-of-mass] or COG [center-of-gravity] should remain as it will be when I load the trailer because of my compartmentalization. I have divided one box into roughly thirds and the other into 3 larger sections. The 2 cargo boxes [boots] to accommodate gear, equipment, and clothing of various sizes.
