No more trunk for the rear storage. It is a boot as it was called on stagecoaches.
Since I do not have front storage–simply boot, as opposed to "rear boot." Please note, I do have my "strong box"—the yellow box you see in the drawing below. There will be 2 of them.
The strong box on the left will be replaced, to have a matching pair. It is so tempting to want to use larger rear wheels to continue the stagecoach analogy. On that point, I called Ashley. He can do a 24" rear wheel. Keeping a flat rake introduces electrical power assist problems later [should I decide to add that]. Allowing some rake [riding with a jacked up rear end] means just changing out wheels. Stagecoaches rode level—something to think about. Having 2 wheel sizes complicates logistics. Now, what to do…
Now, overcome by events. We will stay with 20-inch wheels at the request of Ashley Guy, the designer. –jim
