Quad storage for touring ~ as I see it… 2

I have introduced the "trunk" and the tubes;

I plan to use 4 tubes, mounted vertically. Two tubs on either side of the frame’s main tube and just behind the trunk—leaving space for the trunk to fully open. I may have a picture of this setup later.

now the bags: Providing I have sufficient space, I plan to use one of these on both sides of the quad, just in front of the 2 tubes on each side. I think they will be fairly close to my arm position while seated. My 1st preference is the bag on the left. I’ll compare the two and decide. I expect these will be carry-in bags.

In addition, I’ll use some type bag behind the seat to hold 2 bladders for water & energy drink.

  1. If you maintain this rate of Stanley tools products usage, you may have to consider renaming the quad Fargo Max or Max Fargo or even Fat Fargo…. :) maybe even go for some Stanley corporate sponsorship for “Da Fargo 2010 Tour”.

    I needed a break from computer glitches so found a delightful break here… O.K., back to email woes!

    • So, when you return. Have you obtained corporate sponsorship before? If so, is it difficult. I’d love to have my lighting, phone, power, bags, and quad company help. Thanks Zeke!!!

      Did you get ‘dem bugs yet?
