• Give us a link to a picture online to use
• Use your last WordPress.com Avatar (if you had one)

Do as David, Dennis, Duncan, MJ, Terry, Zeke, and a few others have done and change it to a photo of yourself so readers can see the beautiful/dapper/handsome face that rendered the comments. I certainly like the pics. The WordPress instructions above tell you how. Doing so changes the graphic for all earlier comments.
