During this ride the camera mount broke at a brass fitting. Well, that will not happen again. Yesterday, I fixed the problem. I placed a 3″ [M6-1.00 x 75] bolt through the tripod head and into the handlebar mount. I used a 1″ spacer [washer incl.] between the head and the mount. This screw will not break under normal riding.

The handle bar clamp is going to hold! Where did it come from?
It came from my ZZipper Fairing [off my RANS Stratus XP]. It will hold. The handlebar will break first. –jim
