Earlier this month Apple approved a Ustream App that allows for non-jailbreak video streaming to the Internet from iPhones [The iPhone Finally Gets Live Video Streaming With Ustream Live ...]. I’ve set up a new blog page [Video via iPhone] just for my iPhone Streaming.
The EXCITING part of this is that when cycling [like my tour this summer], I’ll give you live [real-time] video from the ride. I think that is the ultimate in my ability to share the cycling experience with you from my blog. At the moment, I’m having a problem with the OWLE microphone. Yes, OWLE Bubo will be used to hold the camera.

Does iPhone doing the webcast mean SCEPTER will be staying home? I was having some fun imagining the QUAD pulling a Burley trailer pulling SCEPTER!
Yes! SCEPTER stays home and my little “cell” phone gets the video task. I’ll have the laptop webcam and will probably take one or more webcams. You’ll have more real-time coverage that you imagined. –jim
Jim, I’m on SeaMonkey getting good video from the iPhone. IE is null but that may be my ignored settings.
I had to look to see what SeaMonkey is. Guess I’ve been too busy. IE is giving me iPhone video. I think this will work well. I will try to test in on one of my cycles later today. –jim
Terry, I just installed SeaMonkey. It’s workin’
