I am in awe of your geekness. I have one comment about the fenders–Get the Cascadia replacement mud flaps from Planet Bike. The Hardcore flaps you have will not keep you dry if you forget to slow down for a puddle. The Cascadias won’t either but they won’t let nearly so much water get by.
